So, I’m supposed to tell you what I want for Christmas for today’s blog hop.
I hope you skated over from Susan Scott Shelley’s Maybe you saw reindeer or two along the way!
I have a list of what I want for Christmas, though I think Santa might find it hard to fit these in his bag. And though I’m truly blessed and don’t need a darn thing, there are some things that would make Christmas that much more wonderful.
So, here goes:
1. My eldest son to move back to the west coast and get a fresh start on his life, to be the success I know he can be, and to be set free from the demons that seem to pursue him.
2. My mother to give her heart to Christ and know a bit of happiness for the remainder of her days.
3. For the people of this amazing nation to stop using race or religion as an excuse, label, justification, to incite hate, or to abdicate responsibility and ownership.
4. To be able to touched wounded hearts and lives through my writing.
5. That I can actually get all the books written I have planned for 2015!
6. For the over abundance of Christmas goodies I know I’m going to eat, to not park themselves on my thighs and bums.
7. I wouldn’t say no to this dress.
Yeah, that’s the hardest one for Santa to fulfill!
I do wish you a Merry Christmas and a truly blessed New Year!!
I’m dying to know what Jeanne McDonald wants for Christmas. Shall we go see?
